*HORSE SHOWING ENTRIES COLLECT YOUR NUMBERS ON ARRIVAL FROM THE ENTRIES MARQUEE (Will accept entries on the day if space)

*DOG CLASSES AND AGILITY ENTER ON THE DAY IN THE ENTRIES MARQUEE - Dog classes and Agility £3 each (2 for £5)
  THE SHOWGROUND IS HUGE AND THE HORSE AND DOG SHOW ARE ARE SEPERATE

*RAFFLE SALES IN ADVANCE AND ON THE DAY - £2 a ticket

The purpose of this event is to raise as much funds as possible for three amazing and extremely worthy local animal charities.
There will be lots of fun classes for all abilities
Rosettes to 6th place - Trophies to all class winners and a £10 water treadmill Voucher from Langdale Equine (Horse Classes)
Button Farm Sash and Championship Rosettes to Championship Winners along with a prize donated from Well Gell Product and a saddle cloth and matching ears from Cavallos Wings, and Championship Rosette to the Championship Runner-up.
Trophy and Sue Carson Numnah to the highest dressage score of the day.

Catering by Munchies, Peters Ice cream van, Cakes by Kirstys Cakery, Photographer Mellody Fisher, First Aid provided by Trident Medical Ltd, insured, raffle. Selection of trade, charity  and second hand tack stands. 

If unsure which class is most suitable, or you require advice on correct show attire etc, please do not be hesitate to ask.

Other charities will be at the event to raise awareness for their cause and selling items to raise money, so please remember your purses/wallets. Sugarloaf Riding for the disabled and Bow Lodge Cat rescue. German Shephers Rescue Elite and South Essex Wildlife Hospital will asl be at the show.


This is non profit events is run by volunteers, where all of the profit will go to the above local charities.

DOG CLASSES ENTER ON THE DAY -SEE EVENT LINK FOR CLASS DETAILS 

HORSE SECTION (NOT INCLUDING DRESSAGE) CAN BE BOOKED AT THE SHOW IF SPACE PERMITTING

* Insurance cover provided by Event Insurance
* Please check up to date Covid regulations before attending the show
* The showground is on well leveled grass with good drainage (No Events have been cancelled at this venue because of weather)
* In the event of cancelation all entriess will be carried forward to an appropriate date
* All classes will be ridden on roped grass arenas, dressage will have one solid fenceline.
* Results will be posted on the Show Website and Facebook after the event.
* Dressage test sheets and rosettes can be collected from the entry tent on the day or Corringham or Horndon or you can provide a stamped adressed envelope.
* No Stallions
* Water on site but bring your own containers
*Toilets kindly paid for by Crystalvale kennels
* Refreshments provided by Munchies Essex, Petes Ice cream van, and Kirstys Cakery
* First Aider and risk assesment provided by Trident Medical Limited
*Professional photographer Melody Fisher
*Ample parking for any size vehicle.
*Skip kindly provided by B&P Skips - please keep the showground tidy and clear away your rubbish and manure

COVID
Please ensure you have read the up-to-date government general guidelines and information regarding COVID-19, and please do not attend this event if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms such as (but not limited to) a continuous cough, a high temperature and / or a change in your normal sense of taste and smell; likewise please do not attend if you have travelled and/or are supposed to be self-isolating

PARKING
Please follow signs/car park attendent on entering the showground, seperate parking area for lorries/trailers and cars.
Please observe social distancing measures and allow additional space for the loading/unloading of horses when parking.
All visitors to the show should minimise unnecessary contact with other individuals, including considering access required for other vehicles that may arrive / depart during the day.
There is ample acess and parking available for large vehicles.
Any visitors with disabilities please park as close to the event as safely possible.

TOILETS
Please feel free to wear a face covering if you choose and wash hands
